Community Violence The National Youth Gang Center was established by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). The purpose of the Center is to provide information, resources, practical tools, and expertise for developing and implementing effective gang prevention, intervention, and suppression strategies.
